NC GreenPower files program plan changes to North Carolina Utilities Commission

On May 7, 2008, NC GreenPower filed a request with the North Carolina Utilities Commission to revise and update the current program plan to incorporate a carbon offsets product. This will provide another opportunity for customers to help achieve NC GreenPower’s mission of improving the environment.
