Dr. Robert K. Koger, P.E.
President, NC GreenPower
Nationally recognized as a leader
in the electric utility industry, Robert K. Koger brings an unbiased
and serious-minded approach to the representation of the public
interest in issues of utility regulation and energy. Since 1988
he has served as President and Executive Director of Advanced Energy,
a nonprofit organization that creates economic and environmental
benefits through innovative approaches to energy. Advanced
Energy administers the NC GreenPower program.
Dr. Koger's wide-ranging energy experience includes past chairmanship
of the N.C. Utilities Commission and work on energy committees to
examine issues such as natural gas utilization, electric industry
restructuring, solar power, and more recently, clean coal technologies.

Maggy Inman
Vice President and Program Manager, NC GreenPower
Maggy brings a wealth of knowledge and ability to her role as Vice President and Program Manager of NC GreenPower. She also serves as Vice President of Administration for Advanced Energy, a nonprofit organization that creates economic and environmental benefits through innovative approaches to energy. Advanced Energy administers the NC GreenPower program.
As Program Manager, Maggy
is directly involved in the coordination and development of renewable
energy sources. Working closely with stakeholders at the electric
utilities, potential renewable producers, environmentalists, regulators
and others, Maggy ensures that the development process flows smoothly
and efficiently.
As Vice President of Administration
for NC GreenPower and Advanced Energy, Maggy oversees the areas
of finance, legal, information systems, and human resources. She
is a member of the Wake County Citizens Energy Advisory Committee
as appointed by the Wake County Commissioners and is certified by
the Human Resources Certification Institute as a Senior Professional
in Human Resources.

Vicky McCann
Assistant Program Manager, NC GreenPower
Vicky joined Advanced
Energy in 1999 as a Sales Administrator to support the sales
and marketing activities of the business development department.
With a year's experience learning about the industry and many years
of experience in sales, marketing and advertising, she made a natural
transition to becoming an account manager in charge of servicing
utility accounts.
McCann serves as liaison for some of Advanced Energy's larger utility
customers, including Progress Energy, North Carolina Electric Membership
Corporation and Dominion North Carolina Power. She is responsible
for managing existing account service as well as developing future
relationships. In coordinating their needs with the delivery of appropriate
services, she assists these customers in setting and achieving ambitious
goals for the future as they face re-regulation and other changes.
